  • Payment-related information (such as UPI IDs or bank details for payouts) is collected solely to facilitate transactions and is stored in encrypted form.

  • To connect brands with influencers, facilitate deals, and process payments securely via escrow.
  • To send transactional notifications, deal updates, and platform announcements relevant to your account.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
  • To analyse platform usage and improve our features, safety, and user experience.

3. Sharing of Information

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • Your public profile information (name, niche, follower counts, portfolio) may be visible to brands or other users depending on your privacy settings.
  • We share data with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors, cloud storage) strictly to operate the platform. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

4. Cookies & Tracking
